Compared to Joist
Joist's cheapest plan is $10 a month and stops at five documents. Ours is $9 and does not stop.
Write it up
On the truck, on your phone. Line items, a total, done.
Send a link
Text it. They open it and it is already in their language.
Get paid
Card, bank, Zelle or Venmo — into your account, not ours.
It translates the work, not just the headings
"Replace 50 gallon water heater" arrives as "Cambio de calentador de agua de 50 galones" — and it goes the other way just as well. An AI model does the translating, which is why it handles trade words a phrasebook cannot.
Zelle and Venmo told the truth
Your customer saying they sent it is not the money arriving. Most apps mark it paid anyway. This one asks you first.
The invoice runs both ways
Write up what someone did for you and send it to them to sign. Change the job afterwards and the record says so.
Built for a phone, not shrunk to fit one
One hand, one bar of signal, in a driveway, in the sun.
Fourteen days free on any of them, no card. Every plan does everything — what moves up the ladder is scale, and your card rate.
$9a month
Everything you need to get paid. No document limit.
Joist charges $10 for five documents a month, $32 for reports and $70 for scheduling. This is $9, uncapped, with all three.
Start here$14a month
We chase the ones that haven't been paid.
Joist's equivalent is $17, and their rate never drops.
Choose Pro$26a month
For a business you are running, not just working in.
The rate rung. Nothing is locked behind it — it is cheaper card processing, and it pays for itself on volume.
Choose Business$60a month
For a business with other people in it.
Joist's top tier is $70 and still charges 3.49%. Jobber starts at $39; Housecall Pro at $59 plus $35 a seat.
Choose CrewNo. They get a link and open it in whatever browser is already on their phone. No download, no account, no password.
All of it. Unlimited estimates, invoices and change orders, both languages, card and bank payments, Zelle and Venmo, signatures, photos, deposits. Nothing is locked. Documents carry a small “Made with SetAllUp” line at the bottom, cards run at 3.49% + 49¢, and moving up a plan takes the line off and brings the rate down.
It translates the work you typed, both directions — not just the headings. The original stays on the page underneath, because a document about money should always show what was really typed. Correct a phrase once and it is remembered every time you use it again.
No. You write up what he did and what you owe him, text him the link, and he signs it with his finger — no app, no account, no password, nothing to pay. Only the person writing the document needs an account.
Into your own account. Card and bank payments run through Stripe under your name — we never hold it. Zelle and Venmo go straight from your customer to you and never touch us at all.
At their published August 2025 prices: Joist is $10 for five documents a month, $17 for unlimited, $32 to get change orders and reports, and $70 for scheduling — at 3.49% + 49¢ on cards the whole way up. Jobber starts at $39. Housecall Pro starts at $59 plus $35 a seat. Ours starts at $9 with no document cap, and on the top plan you pay Stripe's own rate with nothing added. Both languages are on every plan and every document — not an add-on.
